Oswald founded Tushiya HS Consulting after years of hands-on HSE work across multiple industries in Namibia. He has conducted audits, implemented management systems, investigated incidents, and trained workers at every level — experience that shapes how THSC approaches every client engagement.
His conviction is simple: safety is a leadership responsibility, and the consultant's job is to build the capacity within an organisation so that safe behaviour becomes the norm, not the exception.
